When can you expect your goods to be shipped from our facility?
Because most of our products are roasted to order, we kindly ask that you give us 48 to 72 hours to roast, package and ship your goods.
Who do we use for shipping?
At this time we use USPS to deliver our coffee.
Will you receive a notification when your item leaves our facility?
Yes! We will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
What if you item is lost in the mail?
Please notify us right away if you do not receive your item. We will work with you and the delivery company to track down your package. If we can't find it, we will replace and reship your order ASAP, according to our standard shipping terms.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer free shipping on online orders of $80 or more, with a couple of exceptions. Unfortunately, we have to add a surcharge to customers living in AZ, AK, CA, FL, OR, WA, HI and Canada. This is to help cover the cost of get it those extra miles from MI. We do not ship outside of the US or Canada. FREE Shipping is not valid with any in-store offers, phone orders or wholesale or discounted items.
