When can you expect your goods to be shipped from our facility?
Typically we ship on Fridays....sometime more frequently, especially during the busy holiday season.
Who do we use for shipping?
We Primarily use USPS, but occasionally use UPS.
Will you receive a notification when your item leaves our facility?
Yes! We will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
What if you item is lost in the mail?
Please notify us right away if you do not receive your item. We will work with you and the delivery company to track down your package. If we can't find it, we will replace and reship your order ASAP, according to our standard shipping terms.
